Providing formal legal opinions on various institutional matters and interpreting complex legislative texts to ensure informed decision-making.

Managing and following up on all lawsuits involving the college, representing Warka University College before various courts and judicial bodies.

Drafting, reviewing, and validating all official contracts and guarantees for students (undergraduate and postgraduate) as well as faculty members.

Supervising and auditing investigative committees formed within the college to ensure all procedures comply with national legal standards.
